The palate is supple and polished, yet with a fine although deeply-buried grip and backbone. It remains lifted and fresh, with a delicate structure, a round and creamy expression. Its roundness and suppleness allow it to be enjoyed from a young age. Frank Phélan is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, stewed and grilled dishes. It is also a good match with several different Asian courses.
