The Gaudry family has been making wine in Pouilly-sur-Loire for generations.
Today, Nicolas Gaudry, in addition to working with his father, Denis, at Domaine Denis Gaudry, is producing his own wine near Boisgibault.
Located the Loire Valley, the vines are cultivated in soils composed of Kimmeridgian and calcareous sediments. The plots are specifically planted between Boisgibault et Les Loges and worked in a traditional and respectful manner to the local terroir.
After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 weeks. Each plot is vinified separately.
Pale yellow robe. The bouquet fresh, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit. The mouth dynamic, with crisp acidity and stone fruit. A pleasant finish.
You can enjoy it with “cheese gougers”, fish, selfish, poultries and fresh cheese. 16°C -18°C.
